A Steadfast Painter is an integral part of the Steadfast team; they are the link between the organization and the quality solutions that our clients need. Painters work together on enhancing the integrity and aesthetics of residential and commercial structures. Expectations of painters include but are not limited to:

Practice safe work habits; abide by OSHA & EPA safety standards & regulations, available Monday-Friday from 7 AM - 6 PM (40 hours a week), complete all work in a professional and thorough fashion, be punctual and in attendance when scheduled, wear designated Steadfast apparel/uniform, keep tools and equipment in good working order, attend training sessions, maintain constructive relationships with all customers, peers, and office staff.
